Reminder that Bluesky has account verification! Your account names are actually domain names! If you run a website, you can add a DNS record that proves to ATProto that you run the site, and can then set your handle to that domain.

So for example, if you see a handle @u24.gov.ua, that means that the person whose handle it is literally manages the @u24.gov.ua domain name, so you can be sure it actually is United24.

But anything that's just .bsky.social, well, that could be bloody anyone :)
