Senate Bill 5222 on Rent stabilization, sponsored by Sen. Yasmin Trudeau (D-Tacoma), is scheduled for a hearing next Wed, Jan 22, and we need as many people as possible to sign in PRO (not wishing to testify) before 12:30pm!

The bill caps rent increases to 7% a year, which as I've said before, is a life-changing difference from the current limit of infinity!

It's a way to show support remotely. People used to do so in like, paper books in Olympia.

People in opposition can choose "Con" (Boo don't do this!) but it's basically a way to measure popular support for bills.
