AAAA I'm so happy, they accepted us straight away and even amanged to get our employee references super fast ( thank god for knowing someone in HR LOL ) so we pick up keys to our new place next week. I hope no one ever has to deal with the stress of an eviction notice because my god it has been hell

Paid our Holding Fee for a property we got offered, hopefully all these credit checks come back fast and we can just move in soon.
