Right. Like someone working at Walmart, McDonalds or some other dead-end minimum wage job will have resources enough to live on and have anything left over to build an investment plan with. Your arrogance is disgusting.
I do understand that everyone is in a different situation and has different challenges in life.Some things don't apply to anyone, and this kind of thing needs to be universalized more than anything else
Let them try. I paid into Social Security since 1971. I had more than enough credits when I retired. I’m an ex veteran too. I would be one of those people, chasing the idiots down the street, if they screw with Social Security. And why not? I paid into it for 47 years. I worked a lot of overtime.
Most people choose to do the same.Hopefully, policymakers will hear voices like yours and make sure that everyone who has given their time to the country gets the protection they deserve.
