But how? Not all these voters were absentee with their ballots retained w/ an identifying envelope. Are the voters going to be asked who they voted for? How do you take back a private ballot?

Ah, ballots are secret but get tracking codes. Individual ballots may be retrieved. I saw it in the case of a man misidentified as having double voted based on a voting place clerical error. The local Board identified the mistake, retrieved and voided the alleged "double" and allowed him to revote.

Early voting, absentee, provisionals, curbside--these ballots are tracked. Ballots of election day voters aren't. Griffin could have issue with the registration of those voters, but there's nothing to be done about it except call for another election. Surprised Mr. Entitled hasn't done that.
