caramelized cheese crust to me honestly shouts detroit deep dish not chicago deep dish haha. i'm more used to giordano's as far as chicago-style deep dish goes (i almost don't even consider it pizza - it's more of a cheese pie). i do prefer detroit style deep dish tho, most of the time.
