I think ppl can live with having a bad team as long as they're giving their all. There have been worse KU teams that made me believe in them. Wiggins year comes to mind. This is a team with all the depth and talent to be top 5 and a contender and they play like they're at a friendly pickup game

Yeah, you're right. It's so weird that people aren't real pleased with a program that has more resources than at least 95% of CBB be consistently outclassed by nothing programs over the last 3 years. But glad you're satisfied with 5th place conference finishes and 2nd round exits. Happy for you.

We are incredibly spoiled. Anything less than a 1-seed almost seems like a failure now. So many teams would love to have our "shitty" year.

I don't disagree. We are definitely spoiled but at the same time, there should never be a 3 year stretch of Kansas basketball with low-ceiling teams that have no chance at a Final 4. Not with the resources of this program.

I hear you, but if playing in the tournament is good enough for you, thats great. For me, I'm not satisfied with that. I can live with early exits if I feel like there is at least a chance that we could make a FF. 3 straight years that hasn't been the case. Just getting old to me. That's all.

What’s funny is all the same people said the same thing throughout the natty year. Then I watched them celebrate as if they didn’t bad mouth the team all year. After that I swore I’d just ignore all that talk. But hard to ignore because it’s so silly.

Completely agree!
I mean, yes this season has been disappointing, but we will be dancing (again!) in March for the 35th consecutive season (I think). No one else comes close.
