3 NBA rule changes I think would make the NBA better for fans:
1. Get rid of the ability to advance the ball on a timeout. You must go the length of the floor unless you call a TO in the half-court.
2. Taper off the three-point line on the wings-no corner 3.
3. 4-point line 30 feet from basket.
