Still thinking about MadS (2024) nearly 24 hours later. I went in having only read the synopsis, and I’m so glad I did.

It’s rare for a very well trodden horror theme to be revitalised, while also delivering stunning, stunning acting and beautiful photography.

And it made me dream in French again!
