I use that feature all the time. Current computer is only W10 (too old for W11) so can't access the extra goodies you mention. Sigh.

Paste as plain text, the fact that it's been combined with the emoji picker window, and the ability to set a theme for the window are all new features in Windows 11, however the clipboard history feature itself exists on both Windows 10 and 11 😊

Clipboard history, Emoji picker (and the gif keyboard) are game-changers for Windows. Now, if only they would bring back the Luna and Aero themes, I'd be a happy theyde. :P
