And the OG hedgehog mini was probably the war hedgehog from the Dragonroar RPG. Reaper also make a very nice one.

This is true, the hedgehog population is in decline, and they are indeed, miniature.

Northumbrian Tin Soldier has a few in their Nightfolk line

Splintered Light has some sculpted by Bob Olley. I thought these guys were 15mm like a lot of SL's stuff, but they're 28s, cute little hedgies

Nope, not one in the Gnome Team, a badger and a goose and a chicken but no hedgehog. Goonhammer do one though I think.
