Brightness Falls was very good and I'm surprised it was never adapted for film/TV.

Wouldn't surprise me if the author was a jackass, he's got some uh, issues with women.

OHhhh! Nice selection. I’m a huge McMurtry fan, Texasville being one of my faves (tho I’ll admit it’s a lesser work).

I bought Graydon Carter’s memoir & am feelin nostalgic for magazines & the glimpses of the world beyond that they provided.
