When creating PDFs, avoid using "Print to PDF." A screen reader user may still be able to access the text of PDFs created this way, but heading structure, alternative text, and any other tag structure will be lost. Using "Save As" or "Export" can preserve these tags.
Comments
Print to PDF is mostly a workaround for applications that don't allow pdf export.
Thus, allowing pdf export is an accessibility feature which will prevent this issue from occurring.
Put it in your applications.
Outlook doesn’t have this option though. You can’t save as a pdf.
Any other better options?

Not that I've done this myself...😬
