that detective Pikachu movie really Mandela'd my perception of Torterra cuz I really did think he was supposed to be that huge until I realise that'd make him the biggest thing on the planet and would probably cause a lot of natural disasters

If I'm not wrong, the Torterra in the movie were experiments.
But I haven't seen the movie in a while, so I might be very wrong here right now.
