Czechs (unlike our Polish friends) are godless heathens, so much so that the Pope doesn’t even visit. Most of them don’t really think about morality, it’s a society ruled by money, greed and jealousy. Needless to say, living in these apartments made for a miserable childhood.
The link below popped up when I googled the film, it’s for a screening at the Cinematheque from October 2020. I wasn’t allowed to attend because I’m permanently banned from this place. The irony of it is so funny — I’d get arrested, me a Czech immigrant, if I showed up and tried to buy a ticket.
