I feel this in my bones 🫠🫠🫠
Except I can't internalise "I must stop expecting so much of myself" cuz I'm far too stubborn for my own good and need to get my career in order after years of burnout and executive dysfunction
Actually it's more important to realize that you will never be enough. Thus you should always strive to be better. Not for other people, never for other people, but for yourself. The road for self-improvement is infinite. Saying you are enough is quitter talk. I am already good. I want to be better
If it works for you, then it's definitely a mindset for you. However, I can not help but feel that way of thinking is kind of nihilistic. "Good enough" is a made-up concept. It doesn't exist perse. It's your choice to either be good enough or not.
