I grew up with Willow Tits but not heard one call for maybe two decades.

Pair of Willow Tits very irate when a Marsh Tit is nearby (listen for MT's 'pitchou' call in background at 12 sec). The Willow Tit's strident 'vit, vit, vit!' calls are usually reserved for predator alerts, showing it's *very* wound up. More on their vocab in book: www.bloomsbury.com/uk/marsh-tit...
