This plan seems to only apply to real estate managed by the General Services Administration (which owns and manages federal buildings). https://www.newsweek.com/donald-trump-sell-off-half-all-federal-property-what-know-downsize-cut-costs-2026412

Nonetheless, it would not surprise me if attempts were made to sell parcels of BLM or Forest Service land.
