Not classifying #classified information is very unclassy

*Maybe* they didn’t classify this info before discussing it (even securely, which they should’ve), but that doesn’t matter legally. The Espionage Act criminalizes mishandling “national defense information” through “gross negligence.” 18 USC 793(f)(1). Hard to see how war planning doesn’t qualify.
