For the lighting and effects around the book and hand I used a few of Clip Studio Paints standard brushes!

The soft airbrush (favourite go to brush for soft shadows and lighting), for the sparkles I used the Spray airbrush and Sparkle A effect brush with the settings shown in the images (1/2)

Once these are done I set the layer(s) to Blending Mode 'Add (Glow)' and then adjust the layer transparency to what I feel looks right! ^-^
