They are! Japchae is a bit prep intensive but hotteok is more straightforward. Sometimes you can find a pre-made mix kit in Asian stores too! 😇😇 bone apple tea ~

One I've seen where I live are these types, it's pretty easy to make and fun! If you dont have a dedicated hotteok smasher, then just use a spachula 😇! All the best!
