Having stupidly agreed to give a talk on polygenic scores - which I know nothing about - have read a stack of PGS papers. As a participant in UK biobank it's annoying to see us described as "patients" in many papers. A pet peeve: except in rare cases study participants are NOT primarily "patients"

Also irritates me that non-clinical studies use "patients"; it forces me to think for slightly longer than I want to.
