I think this will be an evergreen post until we some kind of reaction in financial markets to the daily acts of corruption. Nice to see a few NY lawyers resign rather than drop valid cases. US safe haven for financial assets only because of rule of law. Corruption is poison.

What level of lawless and criminal behavior is required before the business and investment community freaks the hell out and decides to liquidate assets? Seriously. Rule of law is like oxygen in a democracy and without it death surely is coming. I have added many hedges recently.
