Great take. I think the Simon family understood what they have in Clark about midway through the season and put the wheels in motion to put the team in very experienced, professional hands. We’ve seen the changes nearly overnight. Remarkable what can be done when applying the proper focus.

Well done! I personally liked Sides as well but it became apparent that, at this point in her coaching career, this moment was too big for her. She’ll get another shot I’m sure.

Christie will be fine. She can coach in the WNBA. As you said, pressure was going to be big for her. She would be scrutinized. I don't know how she would handle high expectations which would be even higher this year. In a situation like this, the Fever needed an adult (a coach that know what to do)
