My husband attended our local hospital today for a colonoscopy. He was assessed by phone 2 weeks prior to this. He was sent the bowel prep and texted a reminder. All went well
However 2 patients DID NOT ATTEND for their procedures, no call to cancel, nothing.
This is appalling behaviour.
