Yep, & Labor’s only saving grace this coming election is that the alternative is far worse & they’re hoping the voting public realise that. Strategy is important.
There was a fleeting moment, when Elbow’s gummint rewrote the stage 3 tax cuts with fairness at the centre of the legislation, that I had hope.
Stupid me.
Attending only lends legitimacy to the Murdochs the very organization that for years has undermined everything that the ALP and left have attempted to do.
Same I’m beyond shocked how below ordinary not even average he has proven himself.
What also gets me is how defiantly supportive the rest of Labor is to this RW approach to failing change but also failing the true intentions of the political labor movement.
Albanese speaks, looks and acts like he doesn’t have the energy to do anything of import.
Except betrayal & kowtowing to the powerful.
Weak soft soppy dishcloth.
Although I suspect his ruination of Plibersek displays a filthy political mean streak.
Problem is the weapon grade pissant that he is, is marginally better than the pos dutton.
With a trump lurking pos dutton will be weapons grade Frk wit & rub it in.
that’s the default mode on social media with the political zealots, but the reality, he is seen as just another regular Prime Minister on the street. Expect a second term.
Reminds me of the dog that caught the car........
He had so much political capital at the start of his term, blew it completely. Now doing the age old political theatre of "Save the children" - so, so , so disappointing
After the Voice Referendum failed, Albo probably realised he was governing a country where the majority of voters are right-leaning racists. Sadly now he’s just falling in line.
The voice failed because the opposition walked away from a decade of supporting it.
They spent shit tonne of money tony abbott running amuk as special envoy.
Was just all lies.
Voice was dead in the water after that
The tactic of bashing through legislation is disgusting and something i would expect from LNP. Another poor govt thinking it is all about them and forgetting who elected them
Trying to get enough good legislation thru (in the short time before being turned around-when everyone makes their protest vote) takes time & public servants to draft. The last gov denuded the PS of experienced people. Challenging to then face all the amendments by those with a point to make.
I wouldn’t be a politician for anything, let alone a Labor one getting abused on all fronts. I agree with many of the frustrations and some of the criticisms but when did we stop believing in a fair go?
I sincerely hate to say it, but I agree. Disappointed doesn’t go near how let down I feel (notwithstanding the past legislative performance of this government, up until the week’s farce that is).
Not sure, what was wrong with me at the time, but I did have hope when Albanese and Wong first took over government!🤔
But, boy , I couldn’t have been further deluded, if I tried! 😳🤪🇦🇺🥲💔
Pretty much. If the libnats wanted to shoot everyone in the head and polls said NOOOO DONT SHOOT, he'd split the difference and everyone would get shot in the crotch.

Albanese's latest uttering has echos of John Howard: ".. we will decide who comes to this country and the circumstances in which they come"
Desperate to impress the rich kids
Stupid me.
🙄
A.L.P. = Another Liberal Party.
The Australian Labor Party,
like the Libs - only professional.

He's leading us to another long term LNP government unfortunately
Those damn producers on tv
I get my information from independent media.
Good on you.
I do the same
Duplicitous pissant.
Whitlam, Dunstan, Mick Young, Jim Cairns, Rex Connor, Susan Ryan, wouldn't get preselected in the modern 'Labor'
But, boy , I couldn’t have been further deluded, if I tried! 😳🤪🇦🇺🥲💔
