Please go to your library and borrow physical books if you are able!! Real books cost libraries less than 1/4 of what Libby costs, and the book remains library property. Rent library DVDs, borrow real magazines, hang out in the physical space- that’s how to help ensure library survival
Check if your library has them first - they are both third-party subscription services for libraries. I'm in an urban library system with multiple branches and we don't have Hoopla because we're charged based on service population but have a really low budget so can't afford it.
