You should ignore it. It's not very good, especially the characters and story. Gameplay is fun though, but I'd recommend the game only after you've played 5.

Skyward sword.
Has my favorite story in any Zelda game (well besides MM), and while I get people's issues with the motion control, I really did lots of fun with the controls. While it does have it's flaws ( the limited no. of Dungeons, the clunky help Fi provides, stamina bar) I still love it.

That's pretty awesome! I didn't actually find myself too much into SS. I'll have to revisit it at some stage. I loved a number of them: ALttP, OoT, MM, OoS/OoA, WW, PH, ST, BotW and TotK were all contenders for me. I think Ocarina of Time is still my favourite though, it was a classic at release 😍

Yeah it's not manys favorite but I still love it to bits. Nostalgia boosts my love for it.

OoT is a great pick. I love it as well; played both n64 and 3ds version. Solid story, fun gameplay, and overall a huge step for the Zelda series.

Yeah, it was pioneering tech at that stage (for Nintendo). Loved the creativity and gameplay and definitely ballooned into a ongoing love for the Zelda series (already with foundations from ALttP)

For their first leap into the 3d world, they nailed the feel of the game, and how it would feel. The z targettinf especially is great, and served as an Important feature in gaming.
