The oldest character that i have that is NOT either an expy of an existing media character that I imprinted upon and then kitbashed into something new OR my one and only ever self-insert comic character as a child is this guy, Darkstar:

I think it's important to realize that it was the Late 70s when i came up with him, he *is* absolutely disco fabulous and drawing him in the five minutes that picture took makes me realize some uncomfortable truths about having A Type.
