I remember reading once: never vote for someone running on an anti-corruption platform, as they typically end up more corrupt than the people they say they oppose. Instead vote for people who show that they want to build a better society.

well of course, those doing the most police-ing need the most police-ing ( i spelled it incorrectly to help those that were afflicted by an education from the u.s. educational system)
Agreed. A deliberate tactic, we were told, to 'make the target as small as possible'. That still seems to be the task. To make changes but not let the newspapers know except when it's about immigration.
This is the story of East European politics for the last 10-15 years. Trouble is no one has clear or convincing vision of a better society after the vision of “Return to Europe” and catch-up with the West ram out of steam .

There's *always* an "anti-_x_" vibe going on each side. There's also always corruption, as it's systemic. So nothing gets done there.
The +builder messages are always abstract BS like "freedom & hope."
The moment you said 'deals/coalitions' you underline the point. Ending up w/antagonistic stalemates has 50% probability w/2, & drops from there.
It's why odd flipping (2 out of 3) is optimal.
