is really relaxing too imagine there is a part of this universe that is completly silent, no politics, no wars, no evil, no humans fighting eachother. I truly wish I could go there to experience that kind of peace
It’s obvious we are not alone. Whatever form they have taken, surely they are smarter that we here on this planet, as we destroy our environment and continually fight and kill each other.
And the astronauts stuck on the space station??
So much for the privatization of NASA and outsourcing. Next we will be asking Russia to bring them back.
This is our true cosmic reality...it's not about Wealth or Power or Entitlement...nothing could be further from the truth...it's about connecting with the Universe...Indigenous ppl understand that.
To think that thin strip of glowing gas like the skin of an apple over our planet is all that stands between us and the cold airless void of space...Better care for it.
A thin film of life clinging to a piece of hot starslag spinning through a universe we can barely perceive. We matter so little you might as well have fun with it, yeah?
In '76 (I was 12) our family drove to Florida from YVR. The Kennedy Space Center was fully opened to the public at that time. Went inside the VAB. Walked up to the launch crawler platform and hit a steel tank tread with my fist. Climbed into an Saturn F1 nozzle.

Parts of it are copy-pasted. You can still fake stuff based upon real stuff. At best, it's an edited time-lapse that includes additional touches.
I prefer unedited.
