USA politics doesn't just affect Americans, it affects the World. America sneezes, we all catch a cold.

I don't think the impact will be that dramatic for the poorest in the world. With the US disappearing behind tariffs and chaos, China and the EU will be quick to start filling that gap.

Possibly.
I posit reducing competion, leads to monopolies. Reduced demand from US will lead to a reduction in the price poorer nations can command for their goods, leading to higher unemployment in those countries, especially if China & EU start to flood them with goods not wanted by US as you say.
