It's cheaper in SC, where I was last week, and just a bit more expensive in NC, around $2.80, but to a Californian on a road trip, it's cheaper everywhere. 😁
Biden economy will still be in effect. Give it until at least the fall. trump administration will benefit from the best economy in decades that Joe Biden administration did for us. It may take a bit of time before he destroys our 6 economy. Climate.
Gas prices are manipulated..the companies keep prices high before the election to get ppl dissatisfied with the admin and then right after the election increased production to make the future trump admin look good.
Tbh I think the oil companies manipulate the price where they purposely keep the gas prices high via refinery safety shutdowns and then when Kamala loses and they know they are getting favorable treatment with Trump they blast production and reduce the price.
Weak US Dollar - an outcome of Trump's centerpiece policies - Will make sure that fuel will remain expensive, although that does also assume the world does not completely fall apart which it may very well do
the president has about 5% affect on gas prices. Maybe. This is a ridiculous benchmark and a lot of why the American public makes decisions on leadership based on the wrong metrics. It is, in fact, how people like DT get elected in the first place.
Tbh I think the gas companies manipulate the prices via fake refinery shutdowns. It’s deeply suspicious to me how the prices immediately started coming down AFTER the election which they know will eventually make Trump look good. It’s not a real market
Gas prices adjusted for overall inflation haven’t changed as much as people think. This whole trope was concocted to hurt Biden (is dumb bc POTUS doesn’t control). There was a spike in 2022 but not as bad as 2012-13, 2008, or 1980-82.
I haven't paid $3/gal for months...except in CA, where prices ranged from $3.79 to over $6 for regular. Also, gas, when adjusted for inflation, is cheaper than under #TFG.

Or could Trump have done anything right?
Not here.
Thank you Joe, and primarily Jerome Powell, for the “soft landing” that most doubted possible.
Trump gets to inherit a SECOND good economy to f’up…last time he COMPLETELY ignored Covid at first, and then completely mismanaged it - people died.
