You can see the seams of the reshoots and rewrites, some moments more than other.

Mackie is good as Cap, Harrison Ford gives a shit and delivers a solid performance.

Carl Lumbly continues to be amazing as Isaiah Bradley.

This Cap movie serves as a sequel to both the Incredible Hulk and Eternals - but the movie gives you enough (at times awkwardly) to keep you informed.

Next up Daredevil and Fantastic Four!

Thought it was interesting to centralize the plot around a specific mineral. They've been setting up the full reboot of that franchise and it'll be interesting to see which thread they pull to do it.

I’ve realized I’m always gonna find enjoyment in these things.

Saw the first one in theaters in 2008.

But I’m gonna try to read less of the scoops/BTS rumors. It definitely colors my impression beforehand and messes with expectations.
