Hey, what was your circuit workout like? I'm curious b/c I break up the day with short workouts to get away from the computer & I just started doing small circuits. Before I would focus on one exercise for several sets in about a 10-min span.
Do you do any of these regularly? I split my days in a semi-structured way, but sometimes I mix things up. I alternate between push-ups, hammer curls & bodyweight squats the most (recently I started holding dumbbells when I squat, but less reps).
I liked doing inverted rows, but I prefer to do them outside & that's harder for me b/c I stay by the machine more. I did them inside by hanging them from my pull-up bar, but its more work, so I do it far less.
Oh & shoulder presses! I do them when I do hammer curls.
I tend to do curls & shoulder presses on one day, push-ups & squats the next day, take a day off, then repeat. I was also jumping rope for a bit, but do it way less b/c I have to go outside. It was the same with walking a 5k at night. I really have to get back to those...
Your working out is more more stuctured than mine lol. About the only thing I do with any regularity is row for 25 minutes a day on my row machine. Sometimes I'll do that 2x - 4x times to build up a `backlog`, I'm committed to 365x 25 minute rows this year :)
