I think the main issue is that they're in clear violation of guidelines from the RCGP. I've added the link to the latest blog, with quotation.

It clearly reflects an unwillingness to go on a short course to meet the needs of the local population. Which is pretty evident anyway. Either way I don't think it will hold up to scrutiny - if anyone actually cares. I fear the puberty blocker ban for trans kids but not cis kids has set some sort of unofficial precedent. Is that why this GP Practice feel they can't prescribe for trans patients HRT but have no issue prescribing the very same medication to cis patients?
