Sanding and smoothing pure green stuff will be a B, I would recommend either using milliput or a mixture of green stuff and milliput 50 to 50, otherwise green stuff gets too gummy to really sand

It still can be done but it will gum up anything you use to sand something force so my best recommendation is to use something very sharp to carve away the biggest chunks of excess and work your way down, effectively whittling it down until there's only just a few corners to sand round

Yeah, these guys are going to be Inner Circle knights so can't have any chaos imagery if I can help it. The symbol I covered is the wheel of chaos but like death metal, so it's gotta go.
