Nah he's too naive and oblivious to social things, and narcissism or ASPD alone would mean he still learns to hide it way better. My money would be on such a wombocombo, you can't pull all of that from one, and what he's doing is most definitely just your run of the mill asshole behavior.

I mean that asshole behavior pretty much becomes classified as a disorder when it's all-encompassing and bad enough, and with him it definitely is. These diagnoses are lists of checkboxes fundamentally. If that guy would get a few in a honest evaluation I don't know who would.
