Hilarious when the same hogs in that top image will act like they're being oppressed for a job they choose to do. It's good to see the occasional revolt that individual cops have within the system to try and fight it
Hate to say this but they are the top depiction, supporting the bourgeoise class, the bottom is window dressing to gain more acceptance to lessen the police brutality depicted above.
