I'm shocked and confused since if I remember it was the police or sheriff who asked these men to remove her from a city council meeting. who is bringing the charges since all the people involved that either payed or allowed these men to do this were city/town/county employees?

The men worked for the private security company LEAR Asset Management, based in Hayden, Idaho. Messages left for CEO Paul Trouette were not immediately returned.
