So people like this don't change. Ever hear of the Checkers scandal? When Nixon was a VP, he was accused of taking presents or more that he shouldn't have. He made a big speech about only accepting a dog for his kids. Nixon was better at not getting caught.
Nixon violated the law before he became president. He was never tried and convicted prior. The damage he caused by prolonging the Vietnam war should be better known.
