The highest risk is to those with direct contact via farming and production.

The risk to the average person is still considered low, so long as associated food is properly cooked and/or pasteurized.

this chart is incorrect. i have seen here in MO unpasteurized milk being sold out at farmer's markets and in farm store parking lots. there is no one to stop it.
