I teach social studies. I constantly tell my students that anger is better used as a tool to improve your communities, rather than fighting each other.
The anger to spite conversion rate is high, and spite burns much longer and more efficiently while being easier to dispose of the excess. Convert your anger to spite before it burns up.
I like to think that there’s a “Law of Conservation of Anger”, like energy, that it can be transformed, and must be, as it can’t be destroyed.
And that it isn’t so much made as passed along.
