The last couple weeks I’ve been trying to get more comfortable baking breads. So far soft pretzels, pizza dough, and pesto pull apart bread have all been hits! ❤️

I found some good recipes that were very clear and compiled my own detailed notes.
First step now is yeast + warm water (~100 F) + a tablespoon of honey to give them sugar. Put that aside while mixing the dry ingredients to ensure it starts foaming.
When leaving the dough to rise I put it in the oven with the light on.
