1st, I’d ask for their goal regarding a vaccine for the flu season. Get them to commit to having one or not to have a vaccine.
Then, I’d ask for the specific steps they will take to achieve their goal. When they go astray, I remind them I want Step 1, 2, 3 , etc.
The phrasing I offered assumes good faith effort while exposing their lack of answers and effective processes that a reasonable organization would follow.
I don’t have the background to know all the questions. I do have some background in sharpening questions.
32 years in administration taught me to consider what should’ve happened & ask questions that would reveal that it did/didn’t.
Whenever I was questioned, I ensured I had the answers.
My use was for questions that are easy to answer with opinion or without details.
