Dump any university selling a “skills shortage” in entry level right now. They are criminally negligent and more concerned with sales than student success. Entry level candidates are having to go to absurd lengths beyond masters to be competitive at all.

@emc2 As someone who grew up in Vermont, at a time when the dairy industry was crashing hard, that's an exceedingly large amount of despair.
