I kinda liked the Oscar contender, but I wish there would have been greater detail when it came to the animals. But the story, no dialogue other than the sounds animals make... As a whole, it was pleasant to watch and I never got bored of it.
My cat sometimes gets interested by those bird videos for cats, but he's one of those weirdos who never shows interest in cats on TV, or the sound of cat noises over speakers.
In other words, wow, you have a media literate cat!
Animation was spellbinding- our cat watched much of it, too, which is atypical- but we did not especially like the ending, and didn’t get the ufo-esq water bubbles rising bird into the sky scene. Anyone?
That is pure purrfection... I mean she climbs up the couch arm right as the movie kitty is coming over the side of the boat.
After this I forgive you for teasing us work Bagel at the Houston show but not bringing her out.
Our grumpy orange and white kitty thought he saw his sister in the movie and was mesmerized! Didn’t capture a picture but here are the two turkeys in question.
My wife and I had a similar experience with our two cats. They loved this movie. And a few days later, I bought the video game Stray where you play as a stray cat. They were equally enthralled. Super darn cute!
Best Film of 2024 in my book. The cat's journey, surviving against a tsunami with and because of unlikely friends, mirrored my #sobriety journey in 2024. I got wet, sure, swept away, yes, but I'm still here. (Oh, my third favorite film of the year, I'm Still Here.) #FilmSky #FlowMovie
If anyone cares, #Anora is No. 2. Damn, such a great film. I honest-to-god thought Mikey Madison was NYC born and bred. Didn't occur to my 51yo brain she's, y'know, acting.
wow it's so weird to have my phone blow up and it isn't medicare robocalls. neat. go watch flow with your pets. here's a bonus CB, you know, as a treat.
oh! a thread of required kitteh viewing! my cats and I were totally immersed in A Dream of a Thousand Cats. though my cats were inspired in unexpected ways. 🤔
It's so neat to see this. In my day of the Old TV Tech, Cathode Ray Tubes, the cats and dogs could not see the pictures and would not even look at the pictures. But now they are intensely watching stuff like this. It's just so amazing to see the ways things have changed.
I just watched it today with a dog and a cat in the room with me. They were both very interested, (especially the dog who usually ignores the TV.) It was a very good movie.

The best open source software there is. I learned 3D modeling from using it.

Never with a cat 😆

All my cats did the same thing 🤣
My cats, unfortunately, were not invested but I thought it was wonderful.
