Yes. Elon Musk has had lots of really far-fetched ideas over the past few years. I wonder how much of Tesla's success is really just the work of his predecessors upon which he has coasted.

The plan is to have tunnels connecting most casinos - using EV's underground and removing Gasoline Engines from polluting Vegas.
Also it is free to use going to the convention center (I have used it from Resorts World to LVCC).
They also have a monorail in Vegas - I think $15.00\day
