Technology has really improved on the various methods used. Propaganda sticks better now than it did then, by combining a subliminal component, to reinforce the propaganda, it gets seated so deep, that the person firmly believes that this propaganda was something they figured out by themselves.

No. We need to build entirely new media platforms. Legacy media is only viewed by about 15% of the population now. The future is alternative media. MTN is already becoming a powerhouse. We need to build on that model.
