It's not! The other relevant islands are not part of the demo and we kept it as a sort of hint at there being some more mystery/lore to all of this :)

It's great, I'm happy you can dash into enemies to defeat them. I didn't enjoy fighting enemies in Demon Turf, but I like it in Demon Tides.

I think aside from that I got everything, I even got a random crate in the ocean that had 3 eye collectibles.
I'm also missing something in the altar of hands but that might not be possible in the demo.
